EmaraTax will enable the UAE to make better, faster decisions and engage with taxpayers earlier, enhancing the ability to administer taxes there. As part of its efforts to streamline the user experience, EmaraTax integrates with influential government entities like the UAE Central Bank and national technology-based programs like UAE PASS. Furthermore, this aligns with the UAE’s national digital agenda to leverage emerging technologies and build a robust digital infrastructure for people and businesses.
In accordance with the UAE Digital Government Strategy 2025 and the directives issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Ruler of Dubai, the new platform will leverage emerging technologies and create a robust digital infrastructure to serve the UAE’s people and business community. EmaraTax offers easy-to-use navigation, intuitive design, and improved self-help options. A mobile version will also be available shortly. As soon as the platform goes live, taxpayers can manage their taxes online using an improved and feature-rich platform. Moreover, the FTA will continue to expand its services and features until the first quarter of next year, including the EmaraTax mobile application.
